Meet the Team
Ella Rabjones
FounderI’m Ella
Speech Pathologist, mum to a one-year-old, and lover of clear water, a quiet bush walk and time spent with family.
When working with little people, I find joy in tuning into what makes them unique and building support around that through play. I believe communication grows best in environments that feel natural, calm, and connected.
At Tide, I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate the ebbs and flows of your child’s communication journey. Together, we create practical, meaningful strategies that fit into your everyday life.
I have experience supporting children across speech sounds, language development, fluency, literacy, and autism. My approach is evidence-based, family-centred, and grounded in creating a space where children feel safe, supported, and confident to find their voice—at their own pace.
Barlow
Morale BoosterMeet Barlow, our beloved Chief Morale Booster. As a former guide dog, Barlow brings a calm, gentle presence and an intuitive understanding of people into our practice.
While Barlow isn’t involved in therapy sessions, you may spot him as you arrive—offering a quiet wag or a relaxed presence that helps set a welcoming tone from the moment you walk in.
Barlow now spends his days supporting our team behind the scenes, helping create a positive and balanced environment for everyone.
Barlow’s role includes:
Providing a calm, friendly presence at the practice
Boosting team morale throughout the day
Reminding us all to slow down and enjoy the small moments
His background as a guide dog shines through in his patience, attentiveness, and gentle nature.
Barlow is a small but meaningful part of what makes our practice feel warm, approachable, and human.
